He believes in the power of knowledge and continues research today. Dr. Gilbert often presents and publishes findings and has received numerous awards and recognition for his work. He is a fellow of the prestigious American College of Surgeons, and he founded and leads the influential Mt. Baldy Study Club. The multi-disciplinary organization’s members share a passion for discovery and knowledge and explore new protocols and directions to constantly improve patient care.
