"Hi, I'm Shauna. I'm from Glendora, and I came to see Dr. Gilbert at Inland Institute. When I first came in and I met the staff, they were warm and friendly. They answered all of my questions. They helped me fill out all my forms. The doctor here was very knowledgeable, warm, friendly, kind, and understood all my needs. My facelift went extremely well. I'm so pleased with it, and everything is recovering perfectly and on time. This procedure has been life changing. I have more confidence. I feel younger.
